  Freshman (1995-96)
  Jennifer Bonge finished 23rd in the 50 freestyle (26.48) and captured a duo of 25th in the 100 and 200 freestyles (57.59 and 2:02.64, respectively) at the final Big Eight Championships. She was named to the Academic All-Big Eight Honor Roll, boasting a 3.41 GPA as a psychology major. 
  
  Before Nebraska
  Bonge attended Omaha Burke High School and participated in the 1994 state meet in the 50 and 100 freestyles. She earned Academic All-America and All-American honorable-mention honors for her work with relay teams.
