  Senior (1997-98)
  At the Big 12 Championships, Janey Danburg placed eighth for the 100 backstroke with a time of 57.83. She additionally used a 2:04.61 in the 200 backstroke for 10th. She also swam a 58.92 in the 100 butterfly at the conference meet, where she found a 12th-place finish. 
  
  Junior (1996-97)
  A team leader for the entire season, Danburg earned her second straight honorable-mention All-America honor on the 11th-place 400 medley relay team. Individually at the NCAA meet, Danburg recorded the second-fastest time in Husker history in the 200 backstroke (1:59.90) to tie for 18th and finished 26th in the 100 back with a time of 56.21.
  
  She moved to third on the all-time Husker list with a 100 back swim of 56.03 at the Big 12 Championships. She raised her conference championship collection to five career gold medals as a member of the school record-breaking 400 medley relay. She finished in second in the 100 back (56.03) and fifth in the 200 back (2:03.25) at the conference championships. 
  
  During the regular season, she recorded three event wins, all in the 100 back, against CSU and Minnesota in November and versus Kansas in February. She was also an Academic All-Big 12 selection. 
  
  Sophomore (1995-96)
  Danburg earned a trip to the NCAA Championships for the first time in her short career as a member of the NCAA All-America 200 and 400 medley relay teams.
  
  She struck gold four times at the Big Eight Championships, sweeping the backstroke events and the 200 and 400 medley relays. The backstroke leader during the second semester, Danburg notched four victories in the 200 back and two wins in the 100 back during the dual season. 
  
  Freshman (1994-95)
  Finished in fifth in the 100 back at the Big Eight Championships, while earning a career-best clocking of 57.57. She also placed sixth overall at the conference championships in the 200 back. She maintained top-five conference times in both backstroke events throughout the season.
  
  Before Nebraska
  Danburg qualified for the U.S. Open in the 200 back and is a former member of the Swim Omaha USS Team. In high school, she was awarded the Abraham Lincoln High School Swimmer-of-the-Year honor.
