Before Nebraska
Currently training with the ENKA Sports Club in Istanbul, Turkey, Zahir is another excellent distance freestyler. Zahir produced a handful of top-five performances at the Turkish Long Course National Team Selection meet (LCM) last December. She worked her way to a 1,500-meter free personal best (17:03.54) to earn silver at The Turkish National Team Trials in May. A few weeks later, at the Turkish National Team Selection Meet, she posted an 800-meter time of 8:53.43.
Personal
Majdouline was born on August 7, 2008, to Hamza Zahir and Najat Erraki. She has one sister, Nouhayla. Zahir has not yet selected a major.
