2014 (Senior)
Jourden Casey played in 18 games during her senior season, and made seven starts. She collected three assists on the season, two of which came in NU's overtime win over Maryland on Sept. 28.

Her first assist was to Jaycie Johnson in the 68th minute, which gave the Huskers a 3-2 advantage. With the score tied 3-3 against the Terrapins in overtime, Casey assisted Mayme Conroy's game winner in the 96th minute. 

Casey also assisted Conroy on the same weekend against Rutgers, a game which ended in a 1-1 tie. 

2013 (Junior)
Casey competed in 15 matches for the Huskers in 2013, providing key minutes off the bench late in halves.

Casey and her defensive counterparts recorded eight shutouts on the season, allowing just 12 scores in 14 matches against Big Ten foes.

Casey averaged more than 17 minutes per game while recording one shot on goal.

2012 (Sophomore)
After playing in four games as a true freshman, Casey played in all 20 games for the Huskers as a sophomore in 2012, while also making seven starts.

Casey made her first career start in the 2012 season opener at Oklahoma.
Casey was part of a defensive unit that produced three shutouts and held opponents to one goal or less in nine of NU's 20 games.

Casey did not score on the season, but she did produce seven shots, including five on goal.

2011 (Freshman)
Casey was one of six true freshmen to see the field in 2011, as she played in four of the Huskers' 18 games. Casey saw her first action at Denver on Aug. 25, during NU's first road contest of the season.

Casey helped the Huskers post a 6-0 shutout of Arkansas and also saw action against Northern Arizona during the non-conference season.

Casey's lone appearance during Big Ten play came at Ohio State on Oct. 16. The Huskers defeated the Buckeyes, 3-2, for their second road win during the conference season.

High School
Casey helped Omaha Westside to three consecutive state tournaments, including a pair of runner-up finishes (2008 and 2010) as a central midfielder and defender.

She was an immediate scorer as a freshman, when she produced 16 goals and six assists. She totaled 37 goals and 25 assists in her first three seasons, before producing 18 goals and eight assists as a senior. After earning honorable-mention all-state status her first three seasons, Casey was a first-team Class A all-state pick by the Lincoln Journal Star as a senior and was a second-team Super-State selection.

Other Information
At the club level, Casey played for the Omaha Football Club. She was part of six state championship teams (2005 to 2011) with an overall record of 149-35-25. An adidas Elite Soccer Camp participant, Casey was named the 2009 OFC Player of the Year.

Personal Information
Jourden is the daughter of Patrick Casey and Leslie Huber, and was born on Sept. 27, 1992. She has one sister, Jamie. Jourden is majoring in advertising and public relations at Nebraska. She is an eight-time member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll, and three-time member of the Academic All-Big Ten Team. In 2015, Casey captured a Nebraska Student-Athlete HERO Leadership Award. She was a three-time member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team.
