2013 (Redshirt)
Karlee Gansebom (pronounced Ganz-uh-bomb) was redshirted during the 2013 season due to a knee injury.

2012 (Freshman)
Gansebom played in two games during her freshman season before suffering a season-ending knee injury.

Gansebom was granted a medical hardship and returns in 2013 with four seasons of eligibility.

High School
Gansebom only played club soccer, as Bennington High School does not have a soccer team.

She excelled in other sports at Bennington with four letters in basketball and two in track. Gansebom was a two-time state qualifier in track and holds the school record in the 400 meters with a time of 59.6.

Gansebom was part of the National Honor Society for four years at Bennington.

Other Information
Gansebom played club soccer for OFC Arsenal under Coach Alex Mason. The club won six straight state titles and Gansebom was a team captain in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Personal Information Karlee is the daughter of Darin and Mindi Gansebom. She was born on June 8, 1993, and has two sisters, Kelsey and Kennedy, and two brothers, Kole and Karson. A pre-health major, she was an academic All-Big Ten selection in 2013, and a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar in 2014. She is a four-time member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll.
