Flannery was a standout midfielder for the Mustangs, as she scored seven goals and added four assists as a senior. She helped Millard North win its sixth state title in 2011 with a 2-1 win over Lincoln Southeast in the Class A title game. The Mustangs reached the semifinals in both 2010 and 2012, while finishing second at the state tournament in 2009.
