  • Nebraska's Most Improved Player (1994)

1994 Season
Alison Dudley started all 18 games in goal for NU in their inagural season as a varsity women's team. Racking up 57 saves, she allowed only 17 goals for a 1.00 goals-against average. She recorded two shutouts and shared three more as she led the team to a 14-4 record on the season. Her efforts won her the Huskers' Most Improved Player Award.

High School
Dudley started four years in goal for Millard South, earning honorable-mention all-state honors during her junior year and second-team honors as a senior. Millard South made it to the state semifinals in both her junior and senior years. As a junior, Dudley finished second in Nebraska in goalkeeping efficiency, allowing only seven goals in 13 games (0.53 average goals per game). While at Millard South, Dudley was selected to the Nebraska State Olympic Development squad.

Other Information
Dudley earned an academic letter during the 1992-93 school year as she earned a 3.9 GPA.

Personal Information
The daughter of Ed and Jenny Dudley, Alison has a sister, Erin, 16. Alison was born Dec. 27, 1975.
