Previous School (Maryville)
A native of Lincoln, Neb., Lucy McCabe spent her freshman season at Maryville University in St. Louis, Mo., where she played in six games, tallying one shot and one assist. She aided in the team’s GLVC conference championship and third-place ranking in the midwest region. 

Other Information
McCabe attended Lincoln Pius X High School where she played with current Husker Abby Vacek. She helped the team to two state appearances and one district championship, while being named to the honorable mention all-state, all-conference and academic all-conference teams two times. On the club side, McCabe played for Coach Alex Mason at Sporting Nebraska, helping the team to the 2023 state championship.

Personal Information
Lucy is the daughter of Paul and Amy McCabe, and has two sisters, Claire and Josie, and one brother, Gus. She was born on Oct. 21, 2004, and is pursuing a nursing degree.
