2026 (Freshman)
Freshman Emma Reda has made an immediate impact early in her freshman season with the Huskers.
She has played in four matches, providing strong defense for the Big Red. She took a shot against South Dakota on Aug. 16 and has contributed 136 minutes of action.
Before Nebraska
Emma Reda competed on the U17 Canadian World Cup Team in 2025 and was on the U17 Canadian Women’s National Team CONCACAF roster. She played club ball for the National Development Centre of Ontario under head coach Melissa Bigg. Reda was the 2025 League 1 Premier Division Midfielder of the Year and was on the division’s All-Star first team in the same year. Her club team was the League 1 Premier Division champion and took third place at the Canadian Interprovincials in 2024.

Reda plans to major in nutrition and health science at Nebraska.
