Freshman (2019-20)
Trinity Gomez made five appearances in both smallbore and air rifle in her first season with the Huskers. She posted personal bests of 574 and 583, respectively. Off the range, Gomez was named to the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team for her efforts in the community. 

Before Nebraska
Gomez brings an impressive shooting resume to Nebraska. She was the 2018 JROTC Air Rifle National Champion (Sporter) and 2019 JROTC Air Rifle National Champion (Precision). Gomez was the J2 USAMU 2018 National Champion, and has competed at the Junior Olympics in Air Rifle and Smallbore.

Personal
Trinity was born on August 15, 2001. She is the daughter of Jose and Mayra Gomez and has three brothers, Erik, Josh, and Jose. Her hobbies include horseback riding, playing video games, and watching the Tampa Bay Lightning with her brother Erik. Trinity chose Nebraska over Ole Miss and Ohio State.
