Indoor: Clocked a personal-best 2:11.43 in the 800m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, placing 17th...recorded a personal-best 600m at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a 1:34.16, while also contributing to the winning 4x400m relay (3:59.19)...placed second in the 800m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2:13.59) and the Mark Colligan Memorial (2:14.99).
Outdoor: Did not compete.
2022
Indoor: Was a member of the distance medley relay team at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, finishing 13th in a time of 12:03.69...earned a personal-best time of 5:04.98 in the mile at the Graduate Classic, finishing in second place...recorded two top-three finishes in the 800m, finishing third at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2:14.41) and second at the Nebraska Tune-Up (2:14.93).
Outdoor: Recorded a season-best time of 4:45.11 in the 1500m at the John McDonnell Invitational...ran a season-best 2:17.64 in the 800m at the Michael Johnson Invitational.

Indoor: Finished sixth in the 600m with a personal-best time of 1:36.73 at the Husker Quad...clocked a personal-best 2:20.77 in the 800m at the Husker Triangular to place ninth...member of 4x400m relay teams that finished fifth at Husker Quad and seventh at Husker Triangular.
Outdoor: Placed 29th in the 800m with a time of 2:14.31 and was member of 11th-place 4x400m relay team at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships...ran a personal-best 2:12.67 at the Billy Hayes Invite to place ninth in the 800m...member of 4x1600m relay team that placed second at Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays.
Before Nebraska
Attended Lincoln Southwest High School…placed eighth at the Nebraska Class A State cross country meet as a junior and finished 25th as a senior…ran the cross country 5K with a prep best of 18:50.2…set PR’s in the 800m (2:16.42), 1,600m (5:06.89) and 3,200m (11:13.53)…was the 2019 Nebraska Class A 800m state champion, the runner-up in the 3,200m and finished fourth in the 1,600m.
