2015-16: Senior
In singles action, Zitsch created a overall mark of 8-14 with 4-5 total in the fall. Zitsch also competed in Big Ten Competition where he produced a 2-7 tally. Zitsch played a majority of his matches in the No. 5 and 6 positions.

Zitsch competed for the majority of the season with his doubles partner, Andrew Dzulynsky and made two appearances with newcomer Tomislav Antoljak finishing the regular season with a record of 13-11 and 5-5 in Big Ten play. He also went 4-3 in fall competition. 

The three-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar was an academic All-Big Ten selection in 2015 and 2016. He was also a nine-time member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll. In the community, Zitsch earned Nebraska’s Big Ten Sportsmanship Award and a two-time member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team.

2014-15: Junior
Zitsch remained one of the Huskers’ top doubles players in 2014-15, while also seeing more playing time in singles competition.

In doubles, Zitsch produced a 12-18 mark while competing at the No. 1 and 2 positions in the lineup. Zitsch competed with partners Dusty Boyer and Scott Elsass.

In singles, Zitsch brought home an overall record of 8-12. He produced a 6-6 spring record that included a 4-6 mark in conference play.

Off the court, Zitsch was a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and an academic All-Big Ten choice. He was NU’s Big Ten Sportsmanship Award winner and a member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team.

2013-14: Sophomore
One of Nebraska’s top doubles players, Zitsch produced an overall doubles record of 12-19 playing out of the No. 1 position as a sophomore. He went 9-15 during dual action in the spring, including a 3-7 record against Big Ten Conference foes.

Zitsch went 5-4 in singles, including 2-3 in Big Ten duals, while playing out of the No. 5 and No. 6 positions in the lineup.

A strong performer in the classroom, Zitsch was a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and earned spots on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll both semesters.

2012-13: Freshman
Zitsch earned a 15-14 overall doubles record, including a 3-5 Big Ten mark. Zitsch went 11-10 in the spring with five different partners.

Zitsch only played five singles matches in 2013, earning a 3-2 spring mark going 1-2 in the Big Ten and snatching a 6-6 overall record, all from the No. 6 position. Zitsch secured a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall of 2012 and spring of 2013 for his academic performance.

Before Nebraska
Zitsch attended Rock Bridge High School where he won the Missouri state singles title his senior year. He led Rock Bridge to three consecutive state team championships. Zitsch also won a national title in doubles at the Saint Louis National Tournament. He came to Nebraska as a top-100 recruit.

Personal
The son of Bob and Molly Zitsch, Bradford was born Aug. 4, 1993, in Columbia, Mo. He has two older sisters, Georgie and Whitley.

An agronomy major, Bradford earned his bachelor's degree from Nebraska in December of 2016. He was a three-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and a two-time academic All-Big Ten selection. A nine-time member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll, he was Nebraska’s Big Ten Sportsmanship Award winner in 2015. He was also a member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team in 2015 and 2016.
