Senior (2011-12)
Benedikt Lindheim finished his career near the top of the Husker record books.  He ended his career with a 163-87 combined singles and doubles record.  His 89-43 career singles mark ranked No. 4 in Nebraska history. Lindheim added a 74-44 career doubles mark.

Lindheim captured second-team All-Big Ten honors after producing a 47-20 overall record in singles and doubles. He amassed a 25-11 singles record playing primarily at the No. 2 spot and a 22-9 doubles record.  Lindheim's 25 singles victories as a senior ranked No. 5 in Husker history.

He teamed with Christopher Aumueller to close the regular season as the No. 31 doubles team in the country according to the ITA rankings.     

Junior (2010-11)
Lindheim played a major role in the Husker lineup in 2010-11, finishing with a 15-10 singles record. Lindheim was the only Husker to produce a winning record in Big 12 Conference action, closing with a 4-2 mark against league foes. He saw time at the No. 2 (1-1), No. 3 (12-9) and No. 4 spots (2-0) during the year. In doubles play, Lindheim posted an 18-9 record, playing at the No. 1 and No. 2 spots. He played the majority of his doubles matches with Aumueller, as the duo went 14-6 on the season. In Big 12 play, Lindheim teamed up with Calin Paar, and the pair notched a 3-3 record while playing all six matches at the No. 2 spot.

A solid performer in the classroom, Lindheim earned second-team academic All-Big 12 accoloades for the second straight season. He also claimed a spot on the Big 12 Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll. 

Sophomore (2009-10)
In singles matches, Lindheim went 19-6 while playing the majority of his matches in the bottom half of the Husker lineup. He went 1-0 at No. 3, 3-2 at No. 4, 13-3 at No. 5 and 2-1 at No. 6 singles on the season. He went 1-0 against ranked opponents. In doubles matches, he posted an 11-13 mark with the majority of his matches at the No. 3 spot with playing partner Francois Van Impe. The duo combined to go 10-4 while playing at the No. 3 spot.

Off the court, Lindheim earned second-team academic All-Big 12 accolades, while capturing a spot on the Big 12 Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.

Freshman (2008-09)
Lindheim was a staple in the back part of the Nebraska lineup, going 14-8 on the season while playing at the No. 5 and 6 spots. In Big 12 play, Lindheim won his first three matches against David Galic (Baylor), George Chanturia (Oklahoma) and Anton Bobytskyi (Oklahoma State), but was unable to find a victory in his last four tries. Lindheim finished third on the team in victories with 14, trailing only Hendrik Stahmer (19) and Christopher Aumueller (18). In doubles, Lindheim and Aumeuller joined forces to go 14-8 while playing primarily at the No. 2 spot.

Academically, Lindheim earned a spot on the 2009 Big 12 Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.

High School
Lindheim competed for Werner-von-Siemens Gym in Germany and earned a national ranking of No. 151.

Personal
Benedikt was born on June 4, 1988, in Regensburg, Germany,  and is the son of Berthold and Brunhildle Lindheim. He has one brother, Christoph. Benedikt majored in finance and Spanish, earning his bachelor's degree from Nebraska in August of 2012. He was a two-time second-team academic All-Big 12 performer. He has also claimed three spots on the Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
