Before Nebraska
Ty Roderiques competed at GymTek Academy under Coach Matt Henry. This club also trained Huskers Alex Nitache and Nik Tarca in Knoxville, Tenn. Roderiques was a two-time U.S. Junior National Team Member, the 2023 U.S. vault champion and finished second on vault, fourth on pommel and third in the all-around at the 2024 U.S. Championships. He recently competed at the 2025 London Open, placing first in the all-around.
Personal
Ty is the son of Shawn and Adrienne Roderiques and has an older sister, Sarah. Ty plans to major in sports media and communications at Nebraska.
