2024 (Sophomore)
Nathan York competed in every competition for Nebraska and set a career best on the pommel horse with a 14.35 in NU’s win over Illinois. He competed in the pommel horse and the floor exercise in the NCAA Qualifiers. York received Second-Team All-Big Ten this season and was a Big Ten bronze medalist for the floor exercise.

Outside of the gym, York was selected to the Academic All-Big Ten team and was a member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team.

2023 (Freshman)
Nathan York was a regular competitor for the Huskers on the floor and pommel horse. He notched a career high score of 14.45 on the floor at the Big Ten Championships, earning him a bronze medal. He was named Second Team All-Big Ten. York went on to compete at the NCAA Championships, placing in the top 20 in both floor and pommel horse and helping the Huskers to a fifth place national finish. 

Before Nebraska
York competed for Premier West Gymnastics under Head Coach Dave Masciola. The Plainfield, Illinois native qualified for the 2021 USA Championships, finishing third on pommel horse and fourth on horizontal bar and in the all-around competition. At the 2021 National Championships, York prevailed to earn fifth place on floor and sixth place on pommel horse. York was also named a 2020 Windy City Regional Team member.

Personal
Nathan was born on April 26, 2004 and is the son of Jeff and Christy York. He has 3 sisters, Brooklynn, Autumn, and Avery. York is majoring in nutritional science and dietetics.
