2025 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Critz made his Husker debut on still rings against Greenville, placing third. The redshirt sophomore also competed on the high bar, posting a 13.05 on the apparatus. 

He continued his academic success by being named to the Academic All-Big Ten and was deemed a Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll member in the fall semester.

Outside of the gym, Jack Critz was active in the community as he earned a spot on the 2024 Tom Osborne Citizenship Team

2023 (Freshman)
Jack Critz excelled in the classroom, earning spots on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.

Before Nebraska
Critz competed for SCATS Gymnastics under Head Coach Grigor Chalikyan. The Huntington Beach, California native competed in the 2022 Junior Olympic National Championships where he placed first in the all-around competition, still rings, parallel bars, and the horizontal bar. He also earned a second-place finish on vault. 

Personal
Jack is the son of Timothy and Carla Critz. Jack has one older brother, Stefan, and a younger sister, Rachel. He is majoring in English and Film Studies.
