2013: Dylan Vogt (pronounced VOTE) was a workhorse out of the bullpen for the Huskers in 2013, making a team and career-high 30 appearances • Just the seventh Husker pitcher in school history to make 30 or more appearances in a season and the first since Brett Jensen made 33 in 2005 • Ended his career ranked in the top ten in mutliple catagories in the Husker record book, including single-season ERA (5th - 1.84, 2012), saves (t6th - 8, 2013) and appearances (t7th - 30, 2013); as well as career appearances (4th - 79) and saves (t5th - 11) • After making his first 29 appearances of the year out of the bullpen, made his first start of the season and fourth of this career against Indiana at the Big Ten Tournament on May 25 • Went a career-high 7.0 inning in a no-decision, topping his previous best of 5.0 innings of relief work against UCLA in 2011 • Huskers won the game, 7-6 in the bottom of the 11th on a walk-off homer from Tanner Lubach • Pitched 1.1 innings of relief two days earlier against Ohio State • Gave up a career-high six runs (career-high five earned) against Michigan on May 19 • Was in position to get out of the inning without any damage, but an error by shortstop Bryan Peters cost the Huskers a potentional inning-ending double-play ball • Tagged with the loss against Michigan on May 16, as he gave up four earned runs in the seventh inning on three-straight two-out singles • Threw 2.0 innings, giving up four runs on five hits, while striking out two • Threw 2.1 inning of relief at Creighton on May 14, giving up one unearned run on one hit and no walks • Picked up his eighth save of the season with 3.0 innings of shutout relief in a 6-0 win over Minnesota on May 10 to open the three-game series • Gave up his first home run in over two years on May 4, a solo shot by Kyle Schwarber in a 8-6 loss to No. 16 Indiana • Last home run was against Kansas State on March 16, 2011 • Earned his seventh save of the season with an inning of scoreless relief against Rutgers at the TD Ameritrade Classic on April 29 • Gave up one hit, while securing the 3-1 win • Gave up just one hit in 2.0 innings of scoreless relief at Purdue on April 21 to aid in a 12-2 win • Threw a perfect inning of relief at Purdue on April 20, helping Nebraska sweep a doubleheader • Saved his sixth game of the season and completed a combined no-hitter on April 16 against No. 10 Arkansas • Combined with Kyle Kubat and Tyler Niederklein for the ninth no-no in school history and the first since 1993 • Threw 1.2 innings of no-hit relief with one walk and one strikeout • Lost the lead against Ohio State at home on April 13 • Entered the game with a 4-1 lead, but gave up a then-career-high tying four earned runs over 4.0 innings of work on four hits • NU tied the game in the bottom of the ninth to force extra inning, but lost 6-5 in 11 innings • Picked up his fifth save of the season with 3.0 innings of scoreless relief in a 12-8 win at Iowa on April6 • After Nebraska’s arms gave up 8 runs on 11 hits over the first 6.0 innings of the game, Vogt gave up just three hits over the final 3.0 innings of the game • Threw 3.0 innings of relief in a 16-inning win over Northwestern on March 29 • Tied a career high with a season-high four strikeouts • Earned first win of the season on March 23 at Illinois after 2.2 innings of shutout relief • Entered the game in the seventh with bases loaded and one out, got consecutive outs, including a strikeout to end the inning to keep the game tied at 4-4 • Huskers went on to win the game 6-4 • Picked up his fourth save of the year with 2.0 innings of shutout relief at Illinois on March 22 in NU’s Big Ten opener • Came into the game at No. 8 Cal St. Fullerton on March 19 with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh, the game tied at 7-7 and no outs, retired three-straight Titans to get Nebraska out of a jam •Pitched 3.0 innings of shutout relief on the night • After walking the bases loaded at No. 25 UC Irvine on March 16, came back the next day and threw 1.1 innings of 1-hit relief against the Anteaters • Picked up his thirrd save of the year with a perfect ninth inning at Louisiana Tech on 3/9 • Pitched one inning of no-hit relief in a one-hit win over Northern Colorado on March 6 • Closed out a 3-0 shutout of New Mexico with 1.0 inning of work on March3 to secure a two-game sweep of the Lobos • Picked up his first save of the season with a perfect ninth inning against New Mexico on March 2 • Gave up the game-winning run at Texas on Feb. 23 in the bottom of the ninth after retiring two straight in the bottom of the eighth and the leadoff man in the ninth • Gave up the game-winning run at USC on Feb. 17 in the bottom of the ninth after a perfect 1-2-3 inning in the eigth.

2012: Vogt was second on the team in appearances for the second straight season in 2012 with 25 trips to the mound, trailing only Tyler King's 27 appearances • Led the team with a 1.84 ERA over 53.2 innings of work, which ranked third on the team • Posted a career-high 34 strikeouts, while walking just 14 for a 2.4 strikeout-to-walk ratio, which improved on his 1.4 strikeout-to-walk ratio from 2011 • Held opposing batters to a .241 average • Gave up only five extra-base hits all season, including no home runs • Pitched a season-high 4.2 inning in the season-ending loss to Ohio State at the Big Ten Tournament • Earned his first save of the season on May 11 in the series opener against Minnesota • Added his second save in the series finale two days later to cap a three-game sweep of the Golden Gophers • Kept opposing offenses off the board for 14 straight innings over six games from April 6 to April 28 • Picked up his second win of the year at Ohio State on April 15 in the first game a double-header sweep by NU • Tied a career-high with four strikeouts against Louisiana Tech on March 17 • Also produced four punch outs on March 3 against New Mexico State at the Dairy Queen Classic in Minneapolis, Minn • Earned his first win of the season following 2.0 no-hit innings of relief against Kansas State on March 6.

2011: Vogt tied for second on the team in 2011 in appearances with 21 • Started three games for the Huskers, ending the year with a 3-1 record and a 3.83 ERA • Pitched 47.0 innings with 30 strikeouts and held opposing batters to a .236 average • Came in against No. 5 Texas on May 7 and pitched two innings without giving up a run and striking out one • Held Baylor scoreless for 2.2 innings and gave up one hit, while striking out two on April 30 • Started against Northern Colorado on March 23 • Surrendered two hits and struck out two in 3.0 innings of scoreless baseball • Earned the first start of his career on March 16 against Kansas State • Went 4.2 innings, giving up four earned runs on four hits • Produced five perfect innings against No. 5 UCLA on March 5 with three strikeouts in a 2-1 win.

2010: Vogt was one of several Husker freshmen who gained experience on the mound in 2010 • Posted a 3.60 ERA and fanned four over five innings of work spanning three appearances • Tossed a scoreless inning of relief at Creighton on May 18, as part of NU’s 21-5 victory over the Bluejays • Struck out three over two innings of work against North Dakota on March 31 • Made his Husker debut against Northern Colorado on March 24, allowing one run on three hits over two innings.

Before Nebraska: Vogt was one of the state’s top two-way performers, playing for Millard South High School and Coach Trevor Longe • Named first-team Super State by the Lincoln Journal Star (utility) and second-team All-Nebraska by the Omaha World-Herald (infielder) as a senior, going 6-3 with a 1.97 ERA on the mound, while also hitting .368 with 16 RBIs as the team’s starting shortstop • Led the Patriots to a third-place finish at the 2009 Class A state tournament • Selected to play in the Collin-Orcutt All-Star game as a senior • Performed well in American Legion ball as a senior, posting a 2.98 ERA with 35 strikeouts on the mound while also hitting .341 • Named to the Millard South Honor Roll.
