2022-23 (Senior)
Lincoln-native Berkeley Livingston continued to lead the team in and out of the pool through her senior campaign. At the Big Ten Championships, Livingston clocked an NCAA B Standard Cut and her second-fastest 400 IM (4:15.41) swam to earn a spot in the B Final. Livingston went on to place 16th overall, while adding C Final appearances in the 200 IM and the 200 butterfly. She swam a career-best 200 IM time in the prelims (2:00.88) and placed 23rd in the final. In the 200 butterfly, Livingston posted a 2:01.36 to finish 19th.

Livingston pitched in several top performances in Nebraska's win at the mid-season Hawkeye Invite. Leading the Huskers in the 400 IM, Livingston finished as runner-up with a 4:17.52.  She clocked a career-best time in the 500 freestyle (4:48.82) and a 2:01.43 in the 200 IM to tab a pair of fourth-place finishes. Adding another A-final appearance, Livingston placed sixth in the 200 butterfly with a 2:01.57.

At the season-opening dual against South Dakota State, Livingston cruised to a 1,000 freestyle victory (10:26.67). She notched another win in the event with a career-best 10:19.90 at the Omaha dual. Livingston added a runner-up finish in the 200 IM (2:08.54) at the intrastate meet. During the Iowa State and Iowa duals, Livingston swam to a trio of third-place finishes with 200 butterfly times of 2:06.01 against the Cyclones and 2:08.16 against the Hawkeyes, along with a 2:08.38 in the 200 IM at Iowa. Livingston added two titles at Rutgers with a 2:03.05 in the 200 IM and a 4:21.45 in the 400 IM.

2021-22 (Junior)
Livingston excelled in the individual medley and butterfly events during her junior season. At the Big Ten Championships, she swam then-career-best times in the 200 IM (2:01.46), 400 IM (4:14.16) and 200 butterfly (2:00.06). She placed 15th in the 400 IM, after swimming a time in the prelims that marks the third-fastest time swam in Nebraska history. She qualified for C-finals in the 200 fly where she placed 19th and just missed finals in the 200 IM, placing 25th overall.

At the South Dakota State dual, Livingston placed second in both the 1,000 freestyle and the 100 butterfly, and added a third-place swim in the 100 breaststroke. Livingston took third in the 500 freestyle against the Hawkeyes in the Oct. 23 dual.

In a big weekend with duals against Minnesota and Iowa State, Livingston raced to two consecutive top-three finishes in the 200 IM, taking third against the Golden Gophers and second against the Cyclones. She added another third place in the 200 butterfly in Nebraska’s win against Iowa State.

Livingston notched a runner-up finish in the 200 IM and placed third in the 200 butterfly against Kansas to help the Huskers to a dual victory. At the competitive Mizzou Invitational (Nov. 17-19), Livingston came away with a big win in the 400 IM (4:17.10). She added another top-five finish in the 200 butterfly with a 2:02.46. The end of dual season was marked by two individual victories against Rutgers in the 200 IM (2:02.59) and 400 IM (4:19.89). Livingston swam a career-best time in the 100 fly (55.76) to finish in second, and added a runner-up finish against Illinois in the 400 IM with a 4:27.86.

2020-21 (Sophomore)
Livingston made a significant impact in her sophomore campaign with the Huskers by advancing to the C-Final of the 400 IM at the 2021 Big Ten Championships in Minneapolis. She raced to a 4:17.72 in the 400 IM to take 20th and score five points for the Huskers, who produced their top team score and highest finish since joining the Big Ten in 2012. Livingston added a 2:03.25 in the 200 IM to take 36th at the conference meet, while finishing 28th in the 200 fly with her 2:01.55. During an abbreviated regular season, Livingston earned four top-five finishes for the Big Red, including a second-place showing in the 200 IM in a season-opening dual at Iowa (Jan. 16). She also took fourth in the 200 back (2:05.68) at Iowa. She added a fourth-place finish in the 400 IM in a tri-dual at Minnesota with Iowa (Feb. 6), after finishing fifth in the 200 fly in a home dual with Illinois (Jan. 23).

2019-20 (Freshman)
Livingston made an immediate impact for the Huskers as a true freshman in 2020. A key member of Nebraska’s backstroke, butterfly and IM groups, Livingston was NU’s No. 2 performer in the 400 IM, posting a career-best time of 4:19.80 at the Mizzou Invitational. She also finished 30th in the 400 IM at the 2020 Big Ten Championships. She notched NU’s No. 3 time in the 200 IM with a 2:04.22 to finish 40th at the conference meet, while her 2:01.51 in the 200 fly was good for 31st at the Big Ten meet. During the season, Livingston captured 15 top-five finishes, including her first career victory in the 1,000-yard freestyle in a career-best 10:31.54 in a team dual win over South Dakota State to open the season. She added four runner-up showings, including a career best in the 100 back (59.16 vs. Omaha).In the classroom, Livingston was named to the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall of 2019. 

Before Nebraska
An NISCA All-American and the Nebraska State Swimmer of the Meet as a senior in 2019, Livingston joined the Huskers after a successful career at Lincoln Southwest. She helped the Silver Hawks capture four consecutive state titles from 2016 to 2019. Livingston won the Class A individual state title in the 500-yard freestyle in 2017, 2018 and 2019. She added a state title in the 200 IM as a senior in 2019, after finishing as the 200 IM runner-up in 2017. The Lincoln Journal Star Swimmer of the Year, she was a four-time Junior National qualifier. She also set Midwestern Age Group records in the 50 fly, 200 fly and 400 IM. In the classroom, Livingston was a two-time USA Swimming Scholastic All-American, while also earning the President’s Outstanding Academic Excellence Award. She was also an honor roll member throughout high school.

Personal 
The daughter of Chris and Crystal Livingston, Berkeley was born April 10, 2001. She has a younger sister, Bella. A nutrition and health sciences major, Berkeley earned her bachelor's degree from Nebraska in May of 2023. A 2023 Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, she was a three-time Academic All-Big Ten selection and was named to the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll five times. She was a four-time member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team and was a recipient of the prestigious Sam Foltz 27 Hero Leadership Award in 2023. She chose Nebraska over Minnesota and Arkansas.
