NU Begins Fall Schedule at ITA All-American Championships

The Nebraska women’s tennis team looks to start strong with its fall individual season when the Huskers travel to Cary, N.C. to compete in the ITA All-American Championships from Sept. 19 to Sept. 27.

The Huskers enter the 2026-27 season coming off a 15-9 record last spring, including a 7-6 record in the Big Ten, marking NU’s first winning season in the conference under fourth-year head coach German Dalmagro

The tournament features both singles and doubles play. Set to compete in the tournament are returners Maria Taranova, Conley Raidt and Katie Spencer. Taranova and Spencer will compete in the pre-qualifying round in singles on Saturday. Raidt is listed as an alternate for singles play.

Raidt and Spencer remain in the rankings after a strong spring season, placed at the No. 62 spot in the preseason national doubles rankings. The duo is the first doubles group to represent Nebraska in the preseason doubles rankings since Stefanie Weinstein and Janine Weinrich were ranked No. 45 in 2012.

Following the ITA All-American Championships, the Huskers will come home to host the Husker Invitational. Stay up to date with Nebraska Women’s Tennis by following social media channels (@HuskerWTennis) for fall updates and content.
