The Nebraska women’s tennis team is kicking off its fall individual season at home this week. The Big Red will be competing in the UTR Pro Tennis Tournament from Sept. 15 to Sept. 18. The matches will be held at the Sid and Hazel Dillon Tennis Center in Lincoln.
Nebraska enters the 2025-26 season coming off a 12-12 record last season. The Big Red look toward a successful season under third-year head coach German Dalmagro and assistant coach Maddie Kobelt.
Returning Huskers competing this week are juniors Maria Taranova, Reya Lee Coe, Yuzu Miyoshi and Emma Rizzetto and sophomore Natalia Trigosso, in addition to sophomores Conley Raidt and Catherine Gagnon, who are making their debuts for the Huskers. Two former Huskers will be competing in the tournament as well in Ana Zamburek and Isabel Adrover Gallego.
