Six Huskers Named to Academic All-Big Ten Team

Six members of Nebraska's beach volleyball team were named to the Academic All-Big Ten Team on Wednesday, the conference office announced. 

Hayley Densberger (psychology), Kenzie Knuckles (marketing), Madi Kubik (communication studies), Callie Schwarzenbach (nutrition and health sciences), Lexi Sun (communication studies) and Jazz Sweet (management) were all honored for having cumulative grade-point averages of 3.0 or better. 

To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, students must be on a varsity team, as verified by being on the official squad list as of March 12 for spring sports, who have been enrolled full-time at the institution for a minimum of 12 months and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
