Madison, Wis. – The Nebraska soccer team (9-4-1, 3-2-1 Big Ten) struck first against Wisconsin, but a late goal by the Badgers led to a 1-1 draw at McClimon Track/Soccer Complex on Thursday night.
Junior Haley Hanson put the Huskers on the board in the 35th minute with her header off a corner kick from Sydney Miramontez. The goal marked Hanson’s sixth this season and ninth of her career.
