Arkansas at Nebraska

The Nebraska swimming and diving team returns home Saturday, Nov. 8, to take on Arkansas at the Devaney Natatorium. The Huskers' first home meet since their Oct. 11 victory over Nebraska-Omaha, will start at 11 a.m.
Nebraska will enter Saturday's meet on a three dual meet winning streak. The Huskers have rattled off consecutive victories over Nebraska-Omaha, Iowa State and South Dakota State after dropping their first two battles of the season to Iowa and Michigan.
Nebraska is 6-5 all-time against Arkansas. The last time the two teams met was a year ago at Arkansas, where the Razorbacks defeated Nebraska 205-95. Arkansas brings in a 0-3 record, dropping dual meets to Florida, Texas A&M and Missouri.
Following Saturday's meet the Huskers will be back in action Nov. 20-22, at the Missouri Invitational. That meet will run Thursday through Saturday and take take place in Columbia, Mo.
Last Time Out: Huskers Take Down South Dakota State
The Nebraska swimming and diving team defeated South Dakota State, 155-139, Saturday afternoon. The Huskers captured victories in 11 of the meet's 16 events, helping the team to its third dual victory of the season. Nebraska was led by Natalie Morris and Katt Sickle, each earning two victories.
Morris captured her first victory of the day in the 200-yard freestyle. The senior swam to a first-place time of 1:56.35. Morris earned her second victory in the 500-yard freestyle, racing to a time of 5:16.56.
Nebraska's second multiple event winner of the meet, Katt Sickle, raced to victories in the 1,000-yard freestyle and the 200-yard individual medley. Sickle swam to a time of 10:42.73 in the 1,000-yard freestyle and 2:10.70 in the 200-yard individual medley.
The Huskers swept the relay events for the meet. The 200-yard medley relay team of Kelly Dunn, Katie Ditter, Amanda Moran and Alexandra Bilunas raced to a time of 1:49.67. Along with the 200-yard medley relay victory, Nebraska captured first-place in the 400-yard freestyle relay. The team of Bria Deveaux, Cassandra Brassard, Bilunas and Katt Sickle swam to a time of 2:12.02.
Nebraska swept the backstroke events with Jacqueline Juffer and Brassard earning victories for the Huskers in the 100- and 200-yard races. Juffer swam to a first-place time of 58.49 in the 100-yard backstroke, while Brassard finished with a time of 2:08.03 earning her a victory in the 200-yard backstroke.
Jordan Ehly, Dunn and Bilunas each earned individual victories for the Huskers. Ehly captured her victory in the 200-yard butterfly finishing with a time of 2:09.15. Dunn swam to a victory in the 50-yard freestyle posting a time of 25.18. Bilunas earned her victory in the 100-yard freestyle racing to a time of 54.69.
