Columbia, Mo. - Nebraska improved on Friday’s performances by placing all four divers in the top 18 of the three-meter dive on Saturday at the NCAA Zone D Diving Championships in Columbia, Mo.
Senior Amie Buoy was once again Nebraska’s highest finisher as the Edmonton, Alberta, Canada native placed eighth with a score of 553.55. The three meter was an event she won five times in the regular season, and the score was her highest three-meter score at the zone meet in her career.
Senior Becky Johnson competed in her first zone meet since her freshman season and placed 14th with a score of 484.40, while redshirt freshman Courtney Jolly was 17th (471.05) and junior Danielle Stansbury 18th (464.50).
The Huskers will wrap up the meet tomorrow as they will compete on the platform at 10 a.m.
