Huskers Complete Play at Georgia Tech Invitational

Atlanta-- The Nebraska men's tennis team ended play at the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational Saturday.

Jose Rivera advanced to the quarterfinals of the 'B' Flight singles before dropping a tough three-set match to Brett Hunter, 4-6, 6-3, 7-6, (1).

In doubles play, Rivera and Joerg Barthel dropped a second-round matchup against Tennessee's Matt Berry and Kiril Techerveniachki, 8-5.

The Huskers return to action on Friday, Oct. 15, at the ITA Regional Championships in Tulsa, Okla.
