Stillwater, Okla. -- In their final Big 12 Conference match, Nebraska lost to Oklahoma State, 6-1, late Sunday in Stillwater, Okla., falling to 7-12 overall and 0-8 in the Big 12.
In singles competition, Oklahoma State won all but one match. Junior Adnan Hadzialic (No. 3) was the lone Husker winner, beating Eru Lyndon, 6-4, 2-6, 6-3.
In doubles competition, Huskers' Jorge Abos Sanchez and Fungai Tongoona (No. 2) defeated OSU's Chris Bates and Franktisek Krepelka, 8-2, but lost the doubles poin as Andrew Wiese/Kai Rieke and Ryan Haith/Hadzialic lost, 8-4 and 8-2, respectively, at the No. 1 and No. 2 doubles.
The Huskers will have a final chance to gain a Big 12 win when they head to Kansas City, Mo., on April 27-30 for the 2000 Big 12 Championships. Their opponent will be announced later this week.
