Free Public Parking for NCAA Women’s Soccer Second and Third Rounds at Barbara Hibner Stadium

Event officials are expecting a capacity crowd for the Friday, November 17 and Sunday, November 19 soccer matches. Please note that on Friday, November 17 there will be a 7 p.m. Lincoln Stars hockey game and an 8 p.m. Nebraska Volleyball match. With all three of these venues in close proximity, soccer fans should carefully plan their event day parking approach. Traffic in and around the Devaney Center and Hibner Stadium are expected to be at peak flow. Parking at soccer is expected to reach capacity.  If this happens, officials will close off the entrance to incoming vehicles and divert traffic to alternate lot locations.  

The attached map indicates what the parking plan is for both event days. Please plan accordingly. Nebraska Athletics and city officials have secured alternate parking in adjacent lots. To the North of Hibner Stadium, two private lot areas will be available (#2 & #3 on the map), with a walkthrough gate leading into the soccer venue. To the South of Hibner Stadium, one additional lot (#4) will be available with a pedestrian sidewalk leading all the way to the venue. Fans should be cognizant of vehicle traffic at all times when walking to and from the venue. Fans should then proceed to the normal gate entry points of Hibner Stadium on the Southeast and Southwest corners, where event tickets will be scanned.
