Troy Vincent Jr. is in his second season with the Huskers and first as Nebraska’s director of football relations in 2024.
In his current role, Vincent facilitates guest coordination, assists in recruiting efforts and serves as the NFL and high school relations liaison. During the 2023 season, Vincent was a special teams analyst, directly assisted the special teams coordinator and oversaw scout team organization.
Prior to Nebraska, Vincent was selected and participated in the 2023 NFL Bill Walsh Diversity Fellowship, where he served as defensive back assistant with the Las Vegas Raiders. Vincent also served as defensive pass game coordinator and director of college recruiting at Paulding County High School.
