Troy Vincent Jr. spent three seasons at Nebraska from 2023 to 2025. He served as the director of player personnel in 2025, after he previously served as the Huskers' director of football relations.
In his role, Vincent facilitated guest coordination, assisted in recruiting efforts and served as the NFL and high school relations liaison. During the 2023 season, Vincent was a special teams analyst, directly assisted the special teams coordinator and oversaw scout team organization.
Prior to Nebraska, Vincent was selected and participated in the 2023 NFL Bill Walsh Diversity Fellowship, where he served as defensive back assistant with the Las Vegas Raiders. Vincent also served as defensive pass game coordinator and director of college recruiting at Paulding County High School.
