Tiffany Mylonas joins the Nebraska women’s tennis program as an Athletic Support Volunteer Assistant Coach. Mylonas will be supporting multiple aspects of the program, some of which are communications, working on promoting our program through social media, and on court coaching.
Mylonas is a native of Brussels, Belgium and graduated from Washington State in 2019 with a degree in communications. After spending her freshman and sophomore seasons at Louisiana-Monroe, Mylonas transferred to Washington State for her junior and senior campaigns. Playing under Cougar head coach and former Nebraska tennis standout, Lisa Hart, Mylonas went 55-19 overall in singles and 58-14 in doubles. In 2019, Mylonas qualified for the NCAA doubles championships with partner Hikaru Sato, and finished #19 in the nation. She was also named a 2019 All-Pac 12 honorable mention.
Head Coach Scott Jacobson commented on the hire, "We are so grateful to have Tiffany choosing to help and support our program. She is a proven winner as a player, and having lived the collegiate experience, has much to offer. Tiffany has a great understanding of the importance of team dynamic and will be a positive influence in this area!!"
