Taylor Kissner joined the Nebraska Athletic Department in August of 2025 as an assistant director of compliance – recruiting. In her role, Kissner assists with ensuring that all of Nebraska's varsity sports adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the NCAA and the Big Ten Conference.
Kissner came to Lincoln after working in the compliance office at Texas A&M during her time as a student. She spent her final semester as an undergraduate working as a compliance office student worker and continued to serve the department during her time as a graduate student. Prior to working in the Aggie compliance office, Kissner was a student video coordinator for the Texas A&M football team for two seasons.
A native of Flower Mound, Texas, Kissner earned her bachelor’s degree in sport management from Texas A&M University in May of 2024, and she will graduate with her master's degree in December of 2025.
