Ryan Juarez

Ryan Juarez served the Husker football program as the director of football rehabilitation from August 2023-March 2024. 

Prior to Nebraska, Juarez was an associate athletic director at Mercer University, serving as the director of sports medicine from 2021-2023. 

Juarez also had stints as a physical therapist and athletic trainer with the San Diego Chargers (2012-2015), Rutgers football, San Diego Fleet, Minnesota Timberwolves and Fresno State football. 

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Juarez received his bachelor's degree in athletic training. He earned his doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Saint Augustine. 

Juarez and his wife, Carol, have two daughters, Maria and Alicia.
