Ron Luth joined the Nebraska Performance Nutrition team as a sports dietitian in November 2021, assisting the Husker football team. In April of 2023, he moved into new roles with the Nebraska women's basketball and Husker wrestling teams.
Luth earned his bachelor's degree in dietetics and clinical nutrition services from Saint Louis University in 2018. Prior to his graduation, he served as a nutrition intern with the Seattle Seahawks in 2016.
He added a master's degree in nutrition and dietetics with a dietetic internship at Saint Louis in 2019.
Luth is a registered dietitian through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, licensed in medical nutrition therapy and bone densitometry by the State of Nebraska, certified by the American Red Cross for CPR/AED, and a member of the American Sports and Performance Dietitians Association.
Luth and his wife, Jessica, have a daughter, Waverly, and a son, Lennox.
