Nathan Tweedy served the Nebraska Athletic Department as a culinary associate for performance nutrition from March to December 2023.
In his role, Tweedy prepared and served food at the athletic training table.
Tweedy joined the Huskers with nine years of professional baking and pastry experience, including operating a bakery for two years in the Omaha Old Market.
