Mike Wallace spent one season as Nebraska's director of football advancement in 2023. Wallace previously spent three seasons on Matt Rhule’s staff at Temple and three seasons with Rhule at Baylor.
Wallace served as the director of player personnel at Baylor for four seasons from 2017 to 2020. During his tenure, nearly two dozen Bears went on to play in the NFL. Wallace first worked with Rhule as a student assistant at Temple for three seasons from 2014 to 2016.
Wallace entered the coaching ranks immediately after high school, spending seven seasons as the assistant head coach at George Washington High School in Philadelphia. At George Washington, Wallace served on the staff of Hall of Fame coach Ron Cohne, and George Washington won four Public League titles during Wallace’s seven seasons on staff.
Wallace earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Temple in 2016.
