Kylee Showalter joined Nebraska Athletics in April 2025 as an assistant athletic trainer. Showalter is responsible for the treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of athletic injuries for the Track & Field and Cross Country teams.
Prior to the Huskers, Showalter worked as the head athletic trainer for a Class 6A High School in Oklahoma City. Showalter also worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the University of Oklahoma track & field, cross country and football teams from 2022-2024.
Showalter graduated in 2022 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with her bachelor's degree in athletic training. In 2024, Showalter graduated from the University of Oklahoma with her master's degree in adult and higher education - intercollegiate athletics administration.
