Jim Draper Jr.

Jim Draper joined the Nebraska Athletic Department facilities staff as a guest relations/security attendant in the February of 2016, following his retirement from 34 years of service in manufacturing management at Becton, Dickinson and Co., Inc. in Columbus, Neb. He has also worked as a memeber of NU's event staff for the past 13 years.

In his current role, Draper serves as one of the first in-person contacts for daily visitors to the athletic department, while also providing a safe environment for Nebraska's student-athletes and staff members.

Draper is originally from Schuyler, Neb., and graduated from Midland College in 1965 with a degree in business administration.

Jim and his wife, Carol, have four children and two step-children.
