Heidi Cuca is a Senior Account Executive with Huskers Athletic Partners, where she develops and delivers strategic corporate sponsorships that connect partner brands with the worldwide Nebraska fan base. She cultivates strong client relationships and leverages the digital and in-venue marketing assets of Nebraska Athletics and the Huskers Radio Network to create impactful partnerships, maximize brand visibility, and generate meaningful returns on investment.
Cuca has maintained a longstanding association with Nebraska Athletics throughout her professional career. For the past 13 years, she has served as a Senior Account Executive for the Huskers' multimedia rights holder. Prior to that role, she worked within the Nebraska Athletic Department, becoming the university's first Director of Marketing in 1992. She later served as Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and spent one season as Director of Skyboxes.
Among her proudest professional accomplishments was being part of the Nebraska Athletics staff that helped organize the first collegiate football game following the events of September 11, 2001. The game honored first responders through a special Tunnel Walk tribute, a USA-themed card section, and the distribution of "United We Stand" bumper stickers, creating a meaningful and memorable tribute during a historic moment for the nation.
A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Cuca earned a degree in Agricultural Business. During her time at Nebraska, she served as an ASUN Senator, was President of Alpha Delta Pi, and was selected as a member of Innocents Society, the university's Chancellor's Senior Honorary. She is married to Tom Stephens and is the mother of two adult children, Ben and Meg Cuca.
