Dan Bottcher

Dan Bottcher joined the Nebraska Athletic Department staff as a building services technician in 2008. In addition to his maintenance duties within the department, he also assists with event setup at the Bob Devaney Sports Center.

Originally from Syracuse, Neb., Bottcher graduated from the Lincoln School of Commerce in 1975 with an associate's degree in accounting.

Following graduation, Bottcher spent 25 years working for Nash Finch Co., and then moved to Omaha where he worked in the lawn care business. 

Dan and his wife, Valerie, have two children, Jared and Jennifer.
