Billy Coby

Billy Coby enters his third year as a Life Skills assistant after joining the Nebraska Athletic Department staff in August of 2010. Coby serves as the Life Skills contact for track and field, football, wrestling, softball and women's golf.  Additionally, he coordinates the Life Skills Team Competition, Student-Athlete Career Fair, Graduate School Expo, and the HuskerConnect mentoring program.

Coby earned a bachelor's degree in mass media as well as a master's degree in business administration from Missouri State University. He also completed a master's of education degree in higher and postsecondary education from Arizona State University. As an undergraduate, Coby was a member of both the Missouri State men's basketball and football teams.

Billy is the son of Vicki and William Coby, Sr., of University City, Mo.
