2024 (Sophomore)
Emalee Frost did not compete in 2024, but added depth to the Huskers’ lineup and helped the team reach the second round of the NCAA Championships.

2023 (Freshman) 
Emalee Frost added depth to the 2023 team that finished the season at the NCAA Denver Regional. 

Before Nebraska  
Frost was a level 10 gymnast training at Let it Shine Gymnastics in Franklin, Tenn., under coach Matt Baker. She claimed the bars title at the 2021 Region 8 Championships, State Championships, Warrior Classic, USA Invitational and the Knoxville Classic. She claimed the title on beam and floor at the 2021 State Championships. 

Personal
The daughter of Scott and Christine Frost, Emalee was on the honor roll and received the academic fitness award from Page High School. Emalee has not declared a major but she did earn a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall of 2022.
