2010 (Junior)
Karyn LaCour produced five personal bests during her junior season and earned two All-Big 12 honors... ran personal-best times of 7.73 in the 60 meters and 25.10 in the 200 meters during the indoor season... provisionally qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 60-meter hurdles at the adidas Classic with a time of 8.38... lowered the time to 8.35 at the ISU Classic, but failed to make the cut for the national meet... earned a fourth-place medal at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the 60 hurdles with a time of 8.36... set personal best in the 100 meters (12.09) and 400-meter hurdles (1:02.98) at the Texas Tech Dual during the outdoor season... added a PR in the 200 meters (24:94) at the Jim Click Shootout... ran a leg of the Huskers' seventh-place 4x100-meter relay at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships.
2009 (Sophomore)
LaCour opened the indoor season with a third-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the Holiday Inn Invitational... ran a season best of 8.46 in the 60 hurdles to finish second at the adidas Classic... placed 10th at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the hurdles...had a slow start to the outdoor season... failed to qualify for regionals in the 100-meter hurdles until the final regular-season meet at the Concordia Twilight... earned All-Big 12 honors for the second straight year in the 100 hurdles with an eighth-place time of 14.14, after running a season-best 13.82 in the preliminaries... finished 14th at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
2008 (Freshman)
As a true freshman, LaCour was Nebraska’s top hurdler on the women’s side... earned four straight first-place finishes in the 60-meter hurdles to start the indoor season at the Holiday Inn Invite (8.56), Conference Challenge (8.51), Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (8.39) and adidas Classic (8.40)... ran a personal-best time of 8.33 in the preliminaries at the Big 12 Indoor Championships... finished eighth in the finals (8.60)... matched her personal-best time at the Iowa State Last Chance to cap the indoor season... registered her outdoor personal-best 100-meter hurdle time of 13.51 to win the Kansas Relays... placed fourth at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships with a time of 13.52... advanced to the NCAA Midwest Regional to finish 15th... teamed with Arna Erega, Nikita Eades and Rachel Butler to set the school record in the 4x100-meter shuttle hurdle relay at the Drake Relays (55.18).
Before Nebraska (Humble HS)
LaCour was a two-time Texas Class 5A state champion in the 100-meter hurdles under Coach Ken Janak... won her first 100-meter hurdle state championship at the 2006 state meet in 13.83w and also placed sixth in the 300-meter hurdles (44.31)... defended her 100 hurdle title at the 2007 state meet with a personal-best 13.70... was the runner-up in the 100-meter hurdles (14.00) as a sophomore... produced a career-best long jump (18-11 3/4) at the 2006 Rice Bayou Relays... set a career best in the 300 hurdles of 43.42 at the Texas District 21-5A meet in Humble, Texas.
