Junior (1992-93)
Missy Allen concluded her junior season earning ninth on the three-meter board at the Big Eight Championships in 1993 with a score of 332.45. 

Sophomore (1991-92)
Allen injured her wrist at the beginning of the year and did not compete during the remainder of the season until the Big Eight Championships. She captured a duo of 14th-place finishes on both springboards.

Freshman (1990-91)
To begin her career as a Husker, Allen worked to a seventh-place finish on the one-meter board at the conference championships. 

Before Nebraska 
At Raytown High School, Allen earned ninth-place at the Missouri state championships and was captain of her team in her junior and senior years.

Missy was born to Miriam Allen on Feb. 3, 1972 and studied Elementary Education at Nebraska.
