Indoor: Ran the 400m at the Nebraska Tune-Up (57.88) and the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (58.52)…contributed to the third-place 4x400m relay at both the Nebraska Tune-Up and the Mark Colligan Memorial.
2023
Indoor: Was a part of the ninth place 4x400 relay (3.46.56) and 22nd place 400m (57.45) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...recorded season-best times in the 200m (25.47) and 400m (57.03), finishing sixth and second respectively.
Outdoor: Placed ninth in the 400m hurdles after running a personal-best 1:00.17 in the prelim…won the 400m hurdles at the KSU Ward Haylett with a time of 1:00.59…finished fourth in the 400m hurdles (1:01.51) and sixth in the 4x400m relay at the Jim Click Shootout.
2022
Indoor: Was a member of the ninth place 4x400 relay (3:43.42) and the 13th place distance medley relay (12:03.69) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...Was a member of two winning 4x400 relay teams, at the Nebraska Tune-Up (3:45.81) and the Nebraska Graduate Classic (3:51.51)... Recorded a personal-best in the 400m at the Nebraska Adidas Classic, finishing fourth in a time of 57.36... Won the 200m at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational, finishing with a time of 25.52.
Outdoor: Finished 18th and set a season-best time of 1:01.60 in the 400m hurdles, and was a member of the tenth place 4x400 relay that finished with a time of 3:47.37 at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships... Won the 400m hurdles at the Prairie Wolf Invite with a time of 1:03.18... Earned back-to-back fourth place finishes in the 400m hurdles at the Sooner Invitational (1:02.87) and the John McDonnell Invitational (1:02.49).
2021
Indoor: Ran a season-best 25.84 in the 200m to place eighth at the Husker Quad…Placed sixth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.02 at the Husker Triangular…Had a sixth-place finish with a time of 59.72 in the 400m at the Hawkeye B1G Invitational.
Outdoor: Clocked a 1:06.31 in the 400m hurdles and 16.04 in the 100m hurdles at the B1G North Florida Invitational.
2020
Indoor: Finished 10th as a member of the 4x400m relay team at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 3:45.16o...posted season-bests in the 400m (57.50) at the Nebraska Tune-Up and 60m hurdles (8.87) at the Mark Colligan Memorial...won the 400m title at the Nebraska Tune-Up and was a member of the winning 4x400m relay team at the Graduate Classic.
Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.
Before Nebraska
Joined the Huskers from Sandwich High School in Windsor, Ontario, Canada…recorded prep bests in the 100m hurdles (13.54) and 400m hurdles (60.01)…finished as the runner-up in both the 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles at the 2018 Canadian Junior Championships…ran a leg in the winning 4x100m and 4x400m relays at nationals in 2018...also competed for Team Canada in the 100m hurdles at the 2018 Jamaican Invitational.
