Indoor: Placed second in the long jump (22-5 1/4, 6.84m) and third in the 4x400m relay (3:17.15) at the Nebraska Tune-Up... Contributed to three fourth-place 4x400m relays at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, the Mark Colligan Memorial and the Graduate Classic.
Outdoor: Finished 15th in the long jump at the Big Ten Championships with a 23-4 (7.11m)…earned third place in the long jump (23-11, 7.29m) and fourth place in the 400m hurdles (54.48) at the KSU Ward Haylett…finished sixth in the long jump at the Drake Relays and the Jim Click Shootout.
2022 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Finished eighth in the long jump at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, jumping 7.27m (23' 10.25")... Won the long jump at the Nebraska Graduate Classic with a personal-best jump of 7.55m (24' 9.25"), the Nebraska Mark Colligan Memorial with a jump of 7.38m (24' 2.5"), the Nebraska Adidas Classic with a jump of 7.36m (24' 1.75"), and the Gorilla Classic with a jump of 7.43m (24' 4.5")... Recorded a personal-best time of 51.32 with a third place finish at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational... Was a member of the winning 4x400 relay team at the Nebraska Adidas Classic, finishing with a time of 3:16.26.
Outdoor: Finished 25th in the 400m hurdles with a time of 57.34, and 21st in the long jump with a mark of 6.46 (21' 2.5") at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships... Recorded a personal-best time of 53.85 in the 400m hurdles at the Florida Relays... Finished third in the 400m hurdles at the Prairie Wolf Invite, finishing with a time of 54.41.
2021
Indoor: Finished 19th in the long jump with a distance of 19-10 1/4 (6.05m) at Big Ten Indoor Championships…Set a personal-best with leap of 23-7 1/4 (7.19m) to win the long jump at Husker Triangular.
Outdoor: Had a leap of 23-11 1/2 (7.30m) to place sixth in the long jump at Big Ten Outdoor Championships…Placed sixth in the long jump with a personal-best leap of 24-2 1/2 (7.38m) and eighth with a personal-best time of 22.04 in the 200m at the Billy Hayes Invite…Clocked a personal-best time of 56.06 in the 400m hurdles at B1G North Florida Invite…Won the long jump with a mark of 23-0 3/4 (7.03m) at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays.
Before Nebraska
Attended Obra D. Thompkins High School in Katy, Texas…placed third in the 300m hurdles at the 2019 Texas Class 6A State Championships…400m hurdles and long jump champion at the 2019 USATF Junior Outdoor Nationals…recorded prep bests in the 110m hurdles (14.28), 300m hurdles (36.87), 400m hurdles (52.26) and long jump (24-9).
