Volunteer Assistant (2015-16)
Dickson will be a volunteer assistant for the Nebraska men's golf team in 2016.

Senior (2014-15)
Dickson competed in every tournament in 2014-15, compiling a 75.53 stroke average in 32 rounds as a senior. His best finish came in the fall at the Southern Dunes Invitational, where he tied for 11th with a 2-over-par 218. Dickson earned his lowest 54-hole score of the season at the Denver Desert Shootout, firing a one-under-par 215 to finish tied for 32nd. He led the Huskers in two tournaments during his senior campaign.

Junior (2013-14)
The lone Husker to compete in every tournament in 2013-14, Dickson compiled a 74.56 stroke average in 34 rounds as a junior. He led the team in subpar rounds with six, while setting career bests in 18-hole score and 54-hole score during the spring season. His final-round 68 at the Desert Shootout helped him to a 2-under-par 214 total for the tournament, which earned him a tie for 34th.

Dickson’s best finish of the season was a tie for seventh, which he achieved at the Oak Hill Intercollegiate. In the fall, Dickson tied for 13th at the Firestone Invitational with a 2-over-par 218 total. He led the Huskers in four tournaments during the 2013-14 campaign.

Sophomore (2012-13)
Dickson competed in every tournament during the fall season and made two starts in the spring for a 74.94 stroke average over 17 rounds. He opened the season as an individual at the Fairway Club Invitational, where he tied for ninth. Dickson notched his second consecutive top 10 and best finish of the season in the following tournament, tying for third at the D.A. Weibring Intercollegiate. His two subpar rounds during the season came at the tournament, as he fired back-to-back 70s in the second and third rounds.

Freshman (2011-12)
In his first year with the Huskers, Dickson appeared in 11 of 12 tournaments, earning the team’s third-best stroke average at 76.81 in 31 rounds. Dickson posted his best finish, a tie for 31st, at the Mizzou Intercollegiate during the spring. He carded one even-par round during his freshman campaign, which occurred in the second round of the Jackrabbit Invitational.

Dickson was named to the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll for his work in the classroom during both semesters.

Before Nebraska
Dickson came to Nebraska with golfing experience at Richard Hale School in London, England. While there, he was the 2010 Middlesex County Boys (Under 18) Champion, 2010 Middlesex County Youths (Under 21) Champion and 2010 Crews Hill Club Champion. In addition, Dickson earned 2010 Middlesex County Men’s Match Play runner-up honors.

Personal
Ross is the son of Peter and Claire Dickson and has two brothers, Sam and Ben. Ross was born on April 1, 1993, and is majoring in advertising and public relations at Nebraska. He is a three-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree and an eight-time member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll. He was named a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar in 2015.
