Senior (2001-02)
Andy McCabe competed in three tournaments throughout the fall campaign. His best finish was a tie for 51st in the Fairway Club Invitational with a score of 239. He finished the season with a scoring average of 78.88 over nine rounds.
Junior (2000-01)
McCabe carded scores for the Huskers in four tournaments in the 2000-2001 campaign. He finished the season with a scoring average of 76.55 over 11 rounds. With a score of 229, he finished 33rd in the Fairway Club Invitational.
Sophomore (1999-00)
McCabe was a strong competitor for the Huskers in 1999-2000. His top finish came at Texas-Pan American where he tied for third place with a score of 75. McCabe averaged a 79.17 during the fall season.
Freshman (1998-99)
McCabe sat out his first year as a redshirt.
Before Nebraska
McCabe was a three-time all-state and two-time all-conference pick at Ithaca High School in Ithaca, N.Y. He won two Section IV Class A Championships among other honors. McCabe recorded career-best single-round (70) and three-round (219) scores at the AJGA Music City Junior Tournament in September of 1997. His top career finish outside of high school was a sixth-place showing at the East Aurora Junior Masters.
