2020-21 (COVID-19 SEASON)
Andre proved to be a valuable addition to the Husker roster in 2020-21. He appeared in 20 games, averaging 2.7 points on nearly 65 percent shooting and 2.2 rebounds per game. Andre, who missed NU's first six games because of COVID-19 protocols, emerged for the Huskers down the stretch, becoming NU's top front court reserve by the end of the year.  Andre played some of his best basketball in the final three weeks of the season, averaging 4.7 ppg on 80 percent shooting and 2.8 rpg over his final six contests and made his final seven field goal attempts dating back to Feb. 27. He played just eight minutes against Penn State in the Big Ten Tournament, snapping a streak of five straight games with 10+ minutes. Andre had six points and three rebounds in 10 minutes at Northwestern despite battling foul trouble. His best performance in Big Ten play came in the win over Minnesota on Feb. 27 when he had seven points and a season-high six rebounds in 15 minutes off the bench. It was his second straight game with seven points, as he also had seven markers in 11 minutes at No. 5 Illinois. Andre, who made his debut against Doane on Dec. 17 with a season-high nine points on 4-of-4 shooting, saw limited minutes until the Huskers' returned to action in early February. His first major impact came at Minnesota on Feb. 8, when he came off the bench in the second half and played most of the half, totaling three boards and dishing out two assists in 13 minutes. From that point on, Andre cracked the rotation as he played 10 or more minutes nine times in the Huskers' final 14 games. He grabbed three-or-more rebounds eight times in his final 14 outings.
