Before Nebraska (Higley HS)
Robinson played wide receiver at Higley High in Gilbert, Ariz. Robinson caught 45 passes for 534 yards and 10 touchdowns in his senior season for Coach Eddy Zubey, while also seeing action on defense and special teams. Robinson caught 19 passes and scored four touchdowns as a junior, when Higley posted an 8-4 record.
Personal
Truitt was born on May 8, 2003, and he is the son of Tresha Robinson. He is majoring in pre-veterinary medicine. Truitt is the younger brother of Nebraska defensive end Ty Robinson.
