Jase Reynolds is the lone in-state recruit in Nebraska’s signing class. He was one of the state’s top players as a standout linebacker for Elkhorn North High School.
Reynolds finished with 54 tackles, 8.0 tackles for loss and 4.0 sacks as a senior, according to On3. He added one forced fumble, one pass breakup, two interceptions and seven quarterback hurries. Offensively, Reynolds rushed for 129 yards and one touchdown on 11 carries while catching 31 passes for 256 yards and one score. Reynolds had 91 tackles as a junior, when he was named an all-state selection by the Omaha World-Herald.
A three-star recruit, Reynolds is ranked among the nation’s top 100 linebackers by both ESPN and 247Sports. ESPN ranks Reynolds as the No. 77 linebacker prospect in the country.
