2025 (Redshirt Freshman)
David Höffken played in 11 games in 2025 as a regular member of Nebraska's defensive line rotation, finishing with two tackles. He made his first career tackle against Houston Christian. Hoffken recorded one tackle at Penn State for his first tackle in a Big Ten Conference game.
2024 (Redshirt)
Höffken played in one game while using his redshirt season in 2024. He made his Nebraska debut against UTEP.
Before Nebraska (Kiel Baltic Hurricanes)
Höffken joined the Huskers program from the international level after gaining experience playing American football in his native Germany.
